Racing club

 NEW Sacred Melody NEW

3yo chestnut filly bought in July 2024 out of Edward Lynam’s yard in Ireland, owned and bred by Clipper Logistics.  By Showcasing out of a winning mare who was half sister to five winners.   The hard work has been done, she’s had three runs and now can run in her handicap grade.  She looks like she’s been a bit too keen to get on with the job and will hopefully appreciate our relaxed regime which will allow her to settle better in her races.  She has done well physically since she arrived having looked in need of some TLC having travelled over from Ireland and spent some time at the sales.  (updated 3rd September 2024)

Newyorkstateofmind

A bay 7yo gelding by Brazen Beau and out of Albany Rose. Bought at Tattersalls in October 2022, he enjoyed a winter of complete relaxation.  Has been a fun horse for our Club members with 4 wins, 2 seconds and plenty of thirds and fourths.  Another how acts on the all weather and turf (although he’s not a fan of soft ground!) Updated 4th September 2024

Van Zant

A good looking lad who is full brother to a 3 time winner.
Van showed ability as a 2 year old when placed 2nd to subsequent 99 rated Lethal Levi but at times was disappointing.  He did come as a 4yo winning two races on the all weather with lots of placed efforts to back those up!  Has shown most of his form on the all weather but hasn’t had too many chances on the grass for one reason or another!  Updated 27th August 2024

Membership Fee

A one off fee of £295 will provide membership until 31st December 2024 with nothing extra to pay.
(Reduced to £150 August 2024 for remaining part of the year)
